Attention 7th Graders!

 

Leadership Fond du Lac’s Team SAP (Substance Abuse Prevention) would like YOU to help prevent prescription drug abuse in our Fond du Lac community.

Submit a video with the theme of “If You Care You Will NOT Share” as this relates to prescription medications. The goal of the video is to educate other students about the dangers of misusing prescription medications and why sharing medication should be avoided.

 

Three Prizes Awarded for Winning Videos!
1st Place $500 to Winners’ School
2nd place $300 to Winners’ School
3rd place $200 to Winners’ School

Plus, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of each team will receive individual "cool" prizes!

 

Winning videos will be used as educational tools and will be highlighted throughout Fond du Lac County! 

 

You may use any type of video device to record videos and the videos can be in any format (e.g. testimonial, comedy, drama, documentary, animated, still art or live action). Videos can be in any language, but must have English subtitles if not in English.

 

Qualifying Participants:  All 7th graders attending Fond du Lac or North Fond du Lac public or private schools
Video Length:  Max. 2 minutes
Deadline: Videos must be posted by 11:59 p.m. on April 22, 2015.
Winners Announced: May 1, 2015

3. Submit Video Registration Form and Parental Release Form by mail or email.
4. Submit video via contest website UPLOAD VIDEO tab above.
